Orders are normally shipped within 2-7 days via USPS.

After your order has been shipped, please allow 1-4 weeks for US delivery and 2-12 weeks for international delivery. Delivery times are typically on the faster end of those estimates for tracked shipping, often 2-8 days for US and 1-4 weeks for international, but they may be affected by your local postal service and/or other factors, such as holiday seasons.

Orders shipped by me are mailed from Alaska, USA.

Orders shipped from my production partners are shipped from whichever of their distribution centers are closest to you. It will state in the product description if it is being sent by one of my production partners (tote bags, apparel, etc).

Tracked & Insured Shipping

USA – $4 to $12 USD

Canada – $11 to $28 USD

The rest of the world – $14 to $38 USD

Tracking is limited or not available in some countries after it reaches the border – see International Shipping for full info.

Untracked & Uninsured Letter Mail Shipping

Orders $14.40 USD and under containing only small, flat items are available to be shipped more affordably via untracked, uninsured letter mail for free to the USA. I am not responsible for, and will not replace or refund missing, delayed, or damaged orders when this shipping method is chosen. Please upgrade to tracked shipping if that is a concern.

Due to missing packages, untracked shipping is no longer available for international orders, nor for US orders over $14.40.

(Policy still in place for any international orders or US orders over $14.40 that were dispatched before untracked shipping was discontinued for them.)

Shipping Policies

Please verify your mailing address is correct at checkout and on your order confirmation email. If you need to change it, please email me right away at hello@katrinawoldart.com, or reply to your order confirmation email! I am unable to make changes after it has been shipped.

The mailing address you enter when checking out will be auto-populated on the shipping label. If you enter the wrong address and your parcel is shipped, I am unable to refund you if the package is not returned to me. If it is returned to me, I will reach out to you to see if you would like to correct the address and have it re-shipped. If you have it re-shipped, you will have to pay the shipping fee again. If not, you will be refunded for your order, minus the initial shipping fee.

If tracking indicates your package is delivered, but you haven’t received it: Occasionally USPS marks packages as delivered a day or two early – if you don’t receive it within a couple days, please check around to see if they left it in any odd places, or with neighbors. If you are still unable to locate it, please contact your local post office and open a claim for lost or stolen parcels.

Parcels are insured if they go missing during the shipping process, and I will provide you a refund or replacement if that happens! But, unfortunately, that option is no longer available once tracking indicates it has been delivered.

International Shipping

I ship internationally, excluding the UK, EU, and some countries that are not available due to USPS suspensions or restrictions, which can be found on their website here.

(Any countries I am unable to ship to may still purchase digital downloads.)

I am currently unable to ship to the UK from this website. Please contact me for a custom etsy listing if you would like to place an order.

As of Dec. 13, 2024, I am no longer able to ship to the EU due to new GPSR requirements.

Full door-to-door tracking is available for some countries, and for the rest, tracking stops at the border.

* For Mexico, full tracking will occasionally continue, but it is not guaranteed for all addresses.

International orders may incur VAT/taxes, duties, and/or customs charges that your local delivery service will have you pay before they will deliver your package, as I do not collect VAT/etc. on my website.

By placing an order, you agree you are responsible for these charges. If you do not pay these charges, your order will be returned to me, and I will issue you a refund minus the entire initial shipping cost, as well as a $4.00 handling fee. If your order is returned to me due to this and you want it re-delivered, you will have to pay shipping charges again. Please check your country’s VAT and import regulations before purchasing!
