Return Policy

All orders are final sale. I do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.


Order cancellations or combining shipping for multiple orders may be accepted, but only when the order has not been mailed yet. After it has been shipped, order cancellation or combination is not available.


If your order arrives damaged, has any quality issues, or you have other concerns, please reach out to me at hello@katrinawoldart.com with your order number and a photo of the issue so I can take care of it. ♡ It’s important to me that your items arrive safe, intact, and good quality.


If your apparel/mug/etc. from my production partners arrives with any quality issues (misprint/etc.), the claim for replacement must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, so please email me info and photos as soon as possible.
