Orders & Shipping

Tracked & insured (weight-based):

  • USA – $4 to $12 USD
  • Canada – $10 to $28 USD
  • The rest of the world – $14 to $38 USD

 

Untracked & uninsured letter mail (US only):

Orders $14.40 and under of flat/small items have the option to be shipped via untracked letter mail for free to the US. I am not responsible for, and will not replace or refund missing, delayed, or damaged orders when untracked shipping is chosen.

Orders containing only in-stock products are normally shipped within 2-7 days.

 Backorders may take 1-4 weeks depending on supply stock and current order volume.

After your order has been shipped, please allow 1-4 weeks for US delivery and 2-12 weeks for international delivery.

Delivery times for tracked orders are typically on the faster end of those estimates, often 2-8 days for US and 1-4 weeks for international, but it can be affected by your local postal service and/or other factors, such as holiday seasons.

I do not currently ship to the UK from this website - please contact me for a custom etsy listing if you would like to place an order.

Some other countries are not available due to USPS suspensions or interruptions in service. 

International orders may incur VAT or customs charges that your local delivery service will have you pay before they will deliver your package, as I do not collect any on my website.

By placing an order, you agree you are responsible for these charges. If you do not pay these charges, your order will be returned to me, and I will issue you a refund minus the entire initial shipping cost, as well as a $4.00 handling fee. If your order is returned to me due to this and you want it re-delivered, you will have to pay shipping charges again.  Please check your country's VAT and import regulations and charges before purchasing.

All prices are listed in USD.

You can pay with credit/debit card, PayPal, or Google Pay.

Credit/debit card transactions are secured and processed by Stripe.

Note for international orders: VAT/etc. is NOT collected on this website. Please check your country's import regulations/charges before ordering.

All sales are final. I do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If that is a concern, please see Outside the Shop to find some of my art on various print-on-demand platforms, which may offer returns and exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or has any issues though, please send an email and photo to hello@katrinawoldart.com so I can get it fixed for you! I want your items to arrive safe, intact, and good quality. ♡

If products from my production partners arrive with any quality issues (misprint/miscolor etc.), please email me info and photos as soon as possible so I can have them send you a replacement~

I try to make all of my packaging eco-friendly. Everything is typically plastic-free, recyclable, and/or biodegradable.

Orders are shipped in kraft envelopes or cardboard boxes with paper, cardboard, or glassine inner packaging, and may have washi tape/stickers/baker's twine. Glassine is a type of paper that is moisture and grease-resistant, as well as recyclable, compostable, and biodegradable. Packages are sealed with paper shipping tape when possible.

If your order contains plastic or bubblewrap, it is reused or repurposed from previous packages I have received.

I try to limit waste by not individually packaging products or including printed receipts. International orders will have printed receipts for customs purposes - if you are in the US and would like a printed receipt, please leave a note with your order! Only wholesale order products are individually packaged in poly bags for better retail protection.

Products produced and shipped on demand by production partners may use different packaging types.

Backorders are only available for items I make myself, which are typically fulfilled within a week, but may take up to 4 weeks depending on current order volume and supply stock.

Please note that if you order an item on backorder along with in-stock items, your entire order will not ship until the backordered item is ready.

If you need to change your mailing address, please email me right away at hello@katrinawoldart.com, or you can reply to your order confirmation email! I am unable to make changes after your parcel been shipped.

The mailing address you enter is auto-populated on the shipping label. If you enter the wrong address and your parcel is shipped, I am unable to refund you if the package is not returned to me. If it is returned to me, I will reach out to you to see if you would like to correct the address and have it re-shipped. If you have it re-shipped, you will have to pay the shipping fee again. If not, you will be refunded for your order, minus the initial shipping fee.

Occasionally USPS marks packages as delivered a day or two early – if you don’t receive it within a couple days, please check around to see if they left it in any odd places, or with neighbors. If you are still unable to locate it, please contact your local post office and open a claim for lost or stolen parcels.

Parcels are insured if they go missing during the shipping process, and I will provide you a refund or replacement if that happens! But, unfortunately, that option is no longer available once tracking indicates it has been delivered.

Products

Individual product pages typically list where it was produced. All of my art-based products are 100% illustrated and designed by me in Alaska, USA. My art does not use any AI.

Most of my products are handmade by me in Alaska, USA.

When I outsource products, vinyl stickers are made in the USA, and other products, like keychains, are typically manufactured in China.

Items made on demand, like tote bags, have production centers in multiple countries and are typically produced in whichever fulfillment center is closest to you.

I do not recommend putting them in the dishwasher.

My handmade vinyl stickers are waterproof, UV- and scratch-resistant in regards to the sticker print. They are laminated and printed with pigment-based inks.

You can put them in the dishwasher and the print will be fine, but the adhesive can be affected from the heat and may peel (higher risk for smaller stickers, like the mini sets). If you put it in the dishwasher, make sure it's on the top rack only, and preferably a more gentle wash cycle - do not use the high heat setting. If you decide to put it in the dishwasher, I recommend allowing the sticker adhesive to set at least a week prior to minimize risk of peeling.

For longevity, try to keep out of direct sunlight and handwash only~

All of the acrylic products have a protective film on all non-epoxy sides to keep the item's actual surface safe before it gets to you. Please remove the film to reveal the crisp and clear acrylic! 🙂

The film may be hard to peel. If you rub the edge of the product with your nail, the film will start to lift and be easier to peel! If you would like me to remove it for you prior to shipping though, just leave a note with your order!~

Occasionally, the film will have been removed prior to shipping, such as for standees so the pieces may be assembled, or for quality checks.

Art (Tattoos, Commissions, Licensing, etc.)

I am a big believer in artists being compensated for the use of their work! Everyone is able to enjoy it for free when I share it online myself~ When people want to use it for their own things, I think it is fair to purchase the use. ♡ Just like you buy a sticker to put on your laptop or water bottle, using my art for your profile picture is like an online sticker!

Please keep in mind that while I can and have created logos, I am an illustrator and not a graphic designer. If you are looking for a logo, I recommend getting a logo in conjunction with a branding package from a dedicated graphic designer. ♡
