Orders & Shipping

Items shipped by me - tracked shipping (weight-based):

  • USA – $4 to $12 USD
  • Canada – $10 to $28 USD
  • The rest of the world – $12 to $36 USD

 

Items shipped by me - untracked, uninsured shipping:

Orders $10 USD and under of flat/small items have the option to be shipped via untracked letter mail for free to the US. I am not responsible for, and will not replace, missing, delayed, or damaged orders when untracked shipping is chosen.

Due to missing packages, as of Oct. 31, 2023, I no longer offer untracked shipping for international orders, nor for US orders over $10.

Orders containing only in-stock products are normally shipped within 2-7 days.

After your order has been shipped, please allow 1-4 weeks for US delivery and 2-12 weeks for international delivery.

Delivery times for tracked orders are typically on the faster end of those estimates, often 2-8 days for US and 1-4 weeks for international, but it can be affected by your local postal service and/or other factors, such as holiday seasons.

I do not currently ship to the UK. Some other countries are not available due to USPS suspensions or interruptions in service. 

International orders may incur VAT or customs charges that your local delivery service will have you pay before they will deliver your package, as I do not collect it on my website. By placing an order, you agree you are responsible for these charges. Please check your country's VAT and import regulations and charges before purchasing.

All prices are listed in USD.

You can pay with credit/debit card, PayPal, or Google Pay.

Credit/debit card transactions are secured and processed by Stripe.

Note for international orders: VAT/etc. is NOT collected on this website. Please check your country's import regulations/charges before ordering.

All sales are final. I do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If that is a concern, please see Outside the Shop to find some of my art on various print-on-demand platforms, which may offer returns and exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or has any issues though, please send an email and photo to hello@katrinawoldart.com so I can get it fixed for you! ♡ I want your items to arrive safe, intact, and good quality.

If your apparel/mug/etc. from my production partners arrives with any quality issues (misprint/etc.), the claim for replacement must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, so please email me info and photos as soon as possible.

Backorders are only available for items I make myself, which are typically fulfilled within a week, but may take up to 4 weeks depending on current order volume and supply stock.

Please note that if you order an item on backorder along with in-stock items, your entire order will not ship until the backordered item is ready.

I try to make all of my packaging eco-friendly. Everything is typically plastic-free, recyclable, and/or biodegradable.

Orders are shipped in kraft envelopes or cardboard boxes with paper, cardboard, or glassine inner packaging and may have washi tape/stickers/baker's twine. Glassine is a type of paper that is moisture and grease-resistant, as well as recyclable, compostable, and biodegradable. Packages are sealed with paper shipping tape when possible.

If your order contains plastic or bubblewrap, it is reused or repurposed from previous packages I have received.

Wholesale order products are individually packaged in clear, commercially compostable, plant-based PLA bags for better retail protection. 

Products produced and shipped on demand by third-party printing partners may use different packaging types.

Products

Individual product pages typically list where it was produced.

Most of my products are handmade by me in Alaska, USA.

When I outsource products, vinyl stickers are made in the USA, and other products, like keychains, are typically  manufactured in China.

Items like apparel and mugs made on demand have productions centers in multiple countries and are typically produced in whichever fulfillment center is closest to you and has the item you ordered in stock.

I do not recommend putting them in the dishwasher.

My vinyl stickers are waterproof, UV- and scratch-resistant in regards to the sticker print. They are laminated and printed with pigment-based inks.

You can put them in the dishwasher and the print will be fine, but the adhesive may be affected and could peel or bubble. If you put it in the dishwasher, make sure it's on the top rack only, and preferably a more gentle wash cycle.

For longevity, try to keep out of direct sunlight and handwash only.

Art (Tattoos, Commissions, Licensing, etc.)

Depending on availability, I may be open for both personal and commercial commissions. Please see the Commissions page for more information.

I also have the option to customize existing artwork, such as the Tiny Pets bases, which can be found in the Custom Art category.

Some of my pre-existing work is available for non-exclusive licensing, depending on the use.

I may be open for new commercial work as well, depending on my availability.

Before purchase, please be sure to verify with your tattoo artist about size and placement to ensure the art you want to use will work for what you have in mind.

 If you are looking to commission a unique tattoo design, outside of customizable art and monochrome person/pet commissions, all other tattoo commissions start at $100 USD. Please email hello@katrinawoldart.com with information for a full quote.

If you want to use my art for your profile picture on social media, please purchase a profile picture pass each time you use a new image! Make sure to credit and tag @katrinawoldart in your bio. ♡

I know many artists do allow people to use their art for free as profile pictures, but I am a big believer in artists being compensated for the use of their work. Everyone can already enjoy it for free when I post it myself! When people want to use it for their own things, I think it is fair to purchase the use. ♡ Just like you buy a sticker to put on your laptop or water bottle, using it for your profile picture is sort of like an online sticker.

If you want to use my art for your phone wallpaper, please purchase a phone wallpaper pass each time you screenshot a new image to use!

I have some art available as digital downloads formatted specifically for phone wallpapers here, and I have a some free wallpapers available on my story highlights on Instagram as well, so check there first before purchasing this!

Please keep in mind that while I can and have created logos, I am an illustrator and not a graphic designer. If you are looking for a logo, I recommend getting a logo in conjunction with a branding package from a dedicated graphic designer. ♡ You are also more than welcome to commission just the illustration portion from me and take it to your graphic designer and have them incorporate it into your logo and branding, but verify with them first that is something they would be willing to do!
